What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, business name, email address and whatever you write in the message. That is all.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. The lawful basis is legitimate interest, or performance of a contract once you engage us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for six years to meet Irish tax and accounting requirements.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the service providers needed to run the business, such as our email provider and hosting company. We never sell your data.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kieran@grangewebdesign.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
